First, we remove the ceiling filters.

Then we vacuum the ceiling out. 

Remove the floor grates.

Take up old floor filter media.

Sweep the pit out. 

Scrape all window glass.

Scrape the fan and dampers. 

Sand the booth down if in bad shape

Next, we begin our hot water pressure washing we have two 4000 psi washers that we use with turbo nozzles.

Begin by pressure washing Intake Fan then Exhust along with dampers.

Pressure wash each grate.

Pressure wash the booth cabin.

Pressure wash the ceiling.

Pressure wash the pit tunnel.

Pressure wash the door seals. 

Pressure wash the outside of the booth.

Remove the water from the pit.

Do our final rinse down.

Dry the booth out.

Begin Installing new filter media. 

We then apply a White peelable booth coat. 

Then go over the glass with a clear booth coat. 

The final step is to blow the booth out.

Then you are ready to paint. 

Our cleaning service is pretty thorough, we normally come in the afternoon and try to be complete by the next day by lunchtime.
